1. About GlamSupply Solutions

GlamSupply Solutions Pty Ltd ("GlamSupply", "we", "us" or "our") is an Australian business supplying professional cosmetic ingredients, formulation support and global sourcing services. Our principal place of business is Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors to our website and to all customers who purchase products or engage services from us. By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are acting in a business capacity and not as a consumer for the purposes of the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations, infringes the rights of any third party, or interferes with the operation of the website or our systems.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to this website at any time without notice. We do not warrant that the website will be continuously available, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.

3. Product Information and Pricing

Product descriptions, specifications and pricing on this website are provided for general information purposes and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but we do not warrant that all information is complete, current or error-free.

All prices displayed on this website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. GST at the applicable rate will be added at the time of invoicing. Prices do not include freight, handling or any applicable import duties unless expressly stated.

4. Orders and Supply

All orders are subject to acceptance by GlamSupply. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. A binding contract for supply is formed only upon our written confirmation of an order.

Minimum order quantities (MOQs) may apply to certain products. Bulk pricing is available for qualifying orders — please contact us for a quote. We supply to trade customers only; we do not supply to retail consumers.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as set out in your approved trade account agreement or as stated on our invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at the rate of 2% per month.

We reserve the right to suspend supply or require prepayment if an account becomes overdue. Title to goods does not pass until payment in full has been received.

6. Delivery and Risk

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will use reasonable endeavours to meet agreed delivery dates, but we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including freight carrier delays, customs clearance, or supply chain disruptions.

Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery to the address nominated in your order. You are responsible for inspecting goods upon receipt and notifying us of any damage or discrepancy within 5 business days of delivery.

7. Returns and Claims

Due to the nature of cosmetic ingredients, we do not accept returns of goods that have been opened, used or stored outside recommended conditions. Claims for short delivery, damaged goods or incorrect products must be made in writing within 5 business days of receipt.

Where a valid claim is accepted, our liability is limited, at our election, to replacement of the goods, credit of the purchase price, or refund of the amount paid. We are not liable for any consequential loss arising from a product defect or delivery issue.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, formulation documentation and technical data sheets — is the property of GlamSupply Solutions Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or republish any content from this website without our prior written consent. Technical documentation provided as part of a product or service engagement is for your internal use only and must not be shared with third parties without our written approval.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlamSupply's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the supply of products or services is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant products or services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data or loss of business opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Where our goods or services are not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to the remedies set out in section 64A of the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Federal Court of Australia for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms.
